Koch Internship Program

The Koch Internship Program (KIP) is a 12-week nonprofit internship hosted by Stand Together Fellowships that combines professional work at partner organizations with structured education about principles such as individual liberty, limited government, free markets, and the rule of law. Programming includes a two-day in-person summit in Arlington, Virginia, biweekly virtual sessions, and a self-guided project culminating in a presentation. Interns work at nonprofit partner organizations in roles such as policy research, communications, program management, or fundraising while participating in cohort-based professional development.
