The ECOSOCC Kenneth Kaunda Graduate Immersion Programme is a nine-month placement inside the ECOSOCC Secretariat aimed at recent graduates. Trainees participate in policy research, project coordination, stakeholder engagement and broader programme work, with the goal of building a pool of Zambian professionals familiar with the AU system. Benefits include practical governance experience, training in diplomacy and project management, mentoring, exposure to AU meetings, networking across AU bodies, and an official recommendation on completion.

Conditions d'éligibilité
Applicants must be under 35 years of age at the time of application and hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree in social sciences, business administration, communication, law or a related field, awarded in the last five years; with Distinction or Merit and fluency in English.
Candidature
Selection comprises a written assessment and an interview. Shortlisted candidates are contacted by email; interviews may be in person or via video conference; bring original certificates and supporting documents to verification.
