Nominations are open for the BlackNorth Initiative Lifetime Achievement Award 2025. The award honors individuals who have championed the rights and freedoms of Black Canadians and have demonstrated decades of advocacy and impact, with at least 10 years of documented contributions. Winners receive a prize of $15,000.

Avantages

Cash prize of $15,000 for the winner.

Conditions d'éligibilité

Nominee must have 10 or more years of documented advocacy for Black Canadians, must self-identify as Black/African descent, and must demonstrate leadership and measurable community impact aligned with Black culture, language, education, and/or rights within the Black or BIPOC community.
