Chung Hwa Rotary Educational Foundation Scholarship 2026

The Chung Hwa Rotary Educational Foundation Scholarship 2026 is a partially funded academic scholarship for international master's and doctoral candidates studying at Taiwanese universities. It provides financial support for tuition and research, as well as a stipend and mentorship through Rotary clubs. The program aims to promote education, research, and cultural exchange, with scholars expected to engage in activities and report on their Taiwan experiences during the scholarship period.

Tuition support, research expenses coverage, annual stipend, housing and living expenses, mentorship from Rotary Club and counselor, participation in Rotary events and alumni activities

Open to international master's and doctoral students enrolling at a university in Taiwan; applicants must be under 35 years old and not Rotarians or Rotarian descendants; applicants must not hold another scholarship during the award period.
