The Dalhousie University Sankofa Scholarship is an entrance scholarship for international students of Black or African descent planning undergraduate study at Dalhousie University in Canada. The award provides CAD 12,000 per year, renewable for up to four years (CAD 48,000 total). Preference is given to applicants from the Caribbean (former British West Indies), but the scholarship is open to all international students of Black and African descent. The university also provides dedicated student support structures and programming for Black students.
