Bourses de master Idex

The Bourses de master Idex are merit-based master scholarships offered by the Initiative d'Excellence (Idex) of Université Grenoble Alpes (UGA) to attract high-achieving French and international students. They support students admitted to a master's programme at UGA and aim to reward academic excellence and research potential while promoting mobility and diversity. The scholarships provide financial support intended to cover tuition and living costs and include individualised support throughout the programme.

Scholarship amount of 10,000€; financial support to cover tuition and living costs; personalised accompaniment/support during the master's programme.

Applicants must be admitted to a master's programme at Université Grenoble Alpes and demonstrate academic excellence (Licence or equivalent). Applications are open to French and international students; some master's programmes may have specific prerequisites.

Obtain admission to a UGA master's programme, complete and submit a dedicated scholarship application dossier (often via an online platform) with required documents; applications are evaluated by a selection committee and successful candidates are notified by the university.
