EBU Scholarship Impact Program

The EBU Scholarship Impact Program is a scholarship initiative of the European Business University of Luxembourg designed to increase access to higher education for students from developing countries. The programme provides large tuition exemptions for online technological and managerial programmes and offers access to the university's digital learning resources and certification pathways. It prioritises applicants from developing countries, people with disabilities, political refugees and candidates who demonstrate resilience in overcoming adversity.

90%–97% tuition waiver; access to digital pedagogical resources; participation in certification and diploma programmes; reduced per-course engagement fee (€25–€75).

Applicants must be nationals of a developing country (Africa, Asia, Latin America), be persons with disabilities or hold political refugee status, and demonstrate resilience; a stable internet connection is required to follow online courses.

Register via the EBU official portal, submit CV, motivation letter, academic diploma copies and proof of identity or status (refugee, disability); application assessed by the university scholarship committee; pay engagement fee after acceptance.
