The VLIR-UOS Scholarships for Development fund professionals and students from 29 developing countries to follow international Master's programmes (ICP) or short training programmes (ITP) at Flemish universities in Belgium. The scholarships aim to strengthen local capacities and support sustainable societal impact in areas such as climate change, public health and governance. The scheme provides cohort-based, competitive selection of candidates in cooperation with host universities.

Conditions d'éligibilité
Applicants must be nationals and residents of one of the 29 eligible developing countries in Africa, Asia or Latin America, have relevant professional experience for the targeted training, meet the host university's academic criteria and demonstrate strong commitment to the development of their country of origin.
Candidature
Consult the ICP or ITP programmes on the official VLIR-UOS/studyinflanders site, submit an application to the organising Flemish university which conducts a preselection, and await final selection by the VLIR-UOS committee.
