IUPALS (Italian Universities for Palestinian Students) Scholarship

The IUPALS scholarship is a programme coordinated by the Conferenza dei Rettori delle Università Italiane (CRUI) that enables Palestinian students to undertake higher education studies in Italy. The University of Milan participates by admitting selected candidates across its academic departments. The scholarship is described as a full award providing tuition coverage, a monthly living allowance and housing support. Selection is conducted by a committee of CRUI and the participating university.

Applicants must be Palestinian nationals permanently residing in the Palestinian Territories, hold the diplomas required for admission to the targeted study cycle and meet the admission criteria of the University of Milan.

Applications are evaluated by a CRUI and university selection committee.
