The BCEAO is recruiting six Monitoring Operators to work at its Dakar headquarters. The role involves monitoring the PI-SPI payment platform, providing support, tracking activities, and reporting related issues. The position requires technical or scientific baccalaureate-level education and relevant experience, with duties including incident tracking, routine verifications, and responding to queries from payment system stakeholders.

Citizens of UMOA member states, aged 18 to 40, with a technical or scientific Baccalaureate and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience; good computer skills; knowledge of payment platforms is a plus.
