The Sama Mbey Regional Field Coordinator is a temporary contract role within Sama Mbey SUARL, responsible for supervising and coordinating a regional team, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring regional performance. The position requires coordinating with local authorities and travelling regularly to field sites across Senegal. The role involves budgeting for the region, mentoring team members, and ensuring achievement of regional objectives.

Conditions d'éligibilité

Candidates must have at least a BAC+3 in business or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in managing sales teams in consumer goods and at least 3 years in sales. Proficiency in French and Wolof is required, and willingness to live and work full-time in rural areas of Senegal is essential.
