Regional L&D Advisor

The Regional L&D Advisor is a full-time position with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) focused on developing and strengthening learning and development within MSF Operational Centers West and Central Africa. Based in Dakar, the role involves supporting learning strategies, needs analysis, and the implementation of training initiatives across MSF missions in the region, in alignment with MSF’s action plan and HR strategy.

Full-time contract with a salary according to MSF scales.

Education: Licence in education or Master in human resources management. Experience: at least three years of professional experience as an on‑site HR coordinator or L&D lead, with strong knowledge of adult learning theory, needs analysis, and training delivery.
