The Chef(e) de Service Achats is a key purchasing service position in Port-Gentil, Gabon, responsible for defining and implementing the purchasing strategy, optimizing costs, and managing supplier relationships and supplier selection processes. The role includes leading tenders, ensuring compliance, and developing the purchasing team, with oversight of ERP systems such as SAGE X3. The position requires senior expertise in procurement, logistics, and contract management, and fluency in French and English.

Candidate must have a Bac+4/5 in purchases, supply chain or international commerce, plus a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of import/export procedures, stock management, and ERP systems.
