Climate Reality Leadership Corps

The Climate Reality Leadership Corps training is a capacity-building programme organized by the African Climate Reality Project in collaboration with former U.S. Vice President Al Gore. It aims to strengthen participants' advocacy, communication and climate-action skills, with sessions on campaigns, policy influence, and storytelling to mobilize action on climate change. The program convenes young leaders, activists, entrepreneurs and officials to develop networks and practical solutions for climate leadership in Africa and beyond.

Skills in climate advocacy and campaigning, networking within an international leadership network, and access to strategic training on influencing climate policy.

Open to young people aged 18-35, climate activists, entrepreneurs working on sustainable solutions, government and institutional representatives, and community members affected by climate change.
