The program aims to equip Lagos residents with skills in Graphic Design, Product Design, and Digital Marketing, along with workplace and life skills, to launch a career in the tech sector and beyond. It includes hands-on training, soft skills development, and internship placement, with previous participants achieving employment or paid gigs within 10-90 days after completion.

Applicant must be a resident of Lagos, Nigeria with a LASSARA ID; aged 18-35; available for the entire training; and must have completed at least secondary education.
