Hacettepe University Scholarship

The Hacettepe University Scholarship is a fully funded program for international students to pursue bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral studies in Turkey. It provides comprehensive financial support including tuition waiver, a monthly stipend, government-provided housing, health insurance, and a year of Turkish language preparation, with instruction available in Turkish or English. The scholarship is funded by the Turkish government in cooperation with Hacettepe University and is available to applicants from all countries outside Turkey.
