Luxembourg Government Scholarship

The Luxembourg Government Scholarship is a fully funded programme aimed at international students to pursue Master’s and PhD studies at the University of Luxembourg. It provides financial support, housing assistance, tuition coverage, and health insurance for selected applicants. The scholarship is administered by the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs in collaboration with the University of Luxembourg and targets highly capable students from around the world.

Monthly stipend (500–1,000 EUR depending on program and degree), housing assistance, tuition waiver partial/total, one-time allowance upon arrival, comprehensive health insurance.

Open to all nationalities. Primarily for Master’s and PhD programs at the University of Luxembourg; requires a final or conditional admission from the university.

First obtain admission from the University of Luxembourg for a master’s or PhD program, then apply for the scholarship through the university’s scholarship portal.
