Belarusian Government Scholarship

The Belarusian Government Scholarship is a fully funded program offered by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus. It provides scholarships for international students across bachelor's, master's, and doctoral studies at Belarusian state universities, with an accompanying preparatory language year and a monthly stipend. The program covers tuition costs, living allowances, university housing, and a language preparation year for those not proficient in Russian or Belarusian.

Fully funded tuition, monthly stipend, university housing, and a preparatory language year (Russian/Belarusian) if needed.

Open to international applicants; targets bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral studies in Belarusian universities.
