The Global Korea Scholarship (GKS), previously known as KGSP, is a fully funded government scholarship program for international students to pursue undergraduate, master's, doctoral studies or research programs at Korean universities. It covers tuition, living allowances, and other related expenses, with options for study in English or Korean and a preparatory language year. The program aims to attract outstanding students from around the world to study in Korea and contribute to international exchange and academic collaboration.

Full tuition exemption, monthly living stipend, round-trip airfare, health insurance, fully funded Korean language year, and additional academic performance-based rewards.

Open to international applicants from all nationalities, with specified conditions on age, academic background and prior study in Korea depending on degree level.

Applications are submitted via two tracks: Embassy Track or University Track, each with its own deadlines and required documents.
