Ibn Haldun University Scholarship

The Ibn Haldun University Scholarship is a fully funded programme for international students to pursue master's or PhD studies in Istanbul, Turkey. It provides full tuition waivers, a monthly stipend, and university housing, with language requirements and documentation as specified by the university.
