Stipendije Fonda “Dr Milan Jelić” za studente drugog i trećeg ciklusa u akademskoj 2025/26. godini

The Dr Milan Jelić Fund scholarships are offered to second- and third-cycle students for the academic year 2025/26. A total of 16 scholarships are awarded to students studying at universities in Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad, with seven stipends of 5,000 KM for second-cycle students and seven of 10,000 KM for third-cycle students, plus one additional scholarship for each cycle for non-public universities in RS/BiH. Eligibility considers academic and artistic achievements, the ranking of the higher education institution, and the average grade from the previous cycle.

Financial stipends awarded to selected students (amounts specified above).

Regular students enrolled in the second or third cycle of study who meet the required conditions, including high GPA, no repeated years, and demonstrated achievements in science or arts.

Applications are submitted electronically via the Ministry and Fund application system.
