Javni konkurs za dodjelu stipendija studentima II i III ciklusa studija na univerzitetima u RS, BiH i visokoškolskim ustanovama u inostranstvu u akademskoj 2025/26. godini

The public call provides scholarships for students of the II and III study cycles at universities in Republika Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina and higher education institutions abroad for the 2025/2026 academic year. It offers seven scholarships for the II cycle (each 5,000 KM) across various fields and seven scholarships for the III cycle (each 10,000 KM) across the same fields, with additional scholarships for non-public-university students in RS/BiH and abroad. Funding is provided by the Fund Dr Milan Jelić and administered by the Ministry of Science and Technological Development and Higher Education.

Citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republika Srpska who are regular students at universities in RS, BiH, or higher education institutions abroad, meeting the specified academic and age criteria for II and III cycle studies.
