Stipendije Vlade Republike Srpske 2026/27

The Government of Republika Srpska is increasing monthly stipends awarded to students; the Fund Dr Milan Jelić will distribute scholarships to students in public and private higher education across RS, BiH and abroad. The 2026 budget contemplates higher stipend amounts for the 2026/27 academic year, with phased increases by study cycle. The stipend programme is part of a broader package of support for regular students, including free or subsidized housing and meals in some contexts.

Monthly stipend payments (10 months per academic year) and broader scholarship-related benefits including potential housing and subsidized meals as part of the wider higher education support measures.

The programme covers students enrolled in first, second and third cycles of study in Republika Srpska, BiH and higher education institutions abroad.
