The Open Competition by City of Čapljina provides financial support for students from Čapljina for the academic year 2025/2026. Eligibility is limited to regular state university students residing in Čapljina who are in at least their second year of study and meet one of several criteria, such as high grades, being a child of a fallen veteran, studying in deficit disciplines, or other specified circumstances. Applications must be submitted with required documents by the deadline to the City administration.
