The Yousef Jameel Scientists Scholarship is a fully funded doctoral scholarship supporting researchers from developing countries to pursue a PhD at Humboldt University of Berlin. The programme funds doctoral research in natural sciences, environmental studies and agricultural sciences, prioritising projects with relevance for the applicant's home country. Scholars receive financial support for up to three years and access to Humboldt University's laboratories, mentorship, networking and research facilities.

Conditions d'éligibilité
Applicants must hold citizenship and current residence in one of the listed developing-country eligible states, hold an academic qualification equivalent to a German university degree, demonstrate willingness to return to their home country, and provide written confirmation of supervision by a Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin professor. English language test scores (TOEFL iBT ≥80 or IELTS Academic ≥6) are required.
Candidature
Applicants must secure a doctoral supervisor at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and submit a complete application demonstrating academic excellence, research motivation, proof of citizenship/residence in an eligible country, degree equivalence and required English test scores.
