CHASE Fund Scholarships

The CHASE Fund Scholarships provide financial support for Jamaican nationals to pursue undergraduate, postgraduate and specialised short course study in priority sectors including Arts & Culture, Health and Early Childhood Education. Awards can support study locally or overseas where comparable programmes are not offered locally or where part funding has been secured. Scholarships are awarded for the duration of the programme up to specified maximums and sector caps. Allocation and priority areas are determined annually by the CHASE Fund.

Tuition support of up to 80% and awards paid for the duration of the programme up to sector caps (maximum duration specified up to four years in some sectors).

These scholarships are intended to help promising Jamaican nationals defray the cost of tuition to complete studies in specified priority areas and levels (associate, bachelor, postgraduate, specialised short courses). Applicants must be eligible Jamaican nationals pursuing full-time or part-time study at an accredited institution.

Applicants obtain application forms from the CHASE Fund website or specified offices (for example the Early Childhood Commission office) and submit according to the CHASE Fund application guidance.
