MENA Scholarship Programme

The MENA Scholarship Programme (MSP) is a fully funded scholarship for professionals from the Middle East and North Africa to study short courses in the Netherlands. It covers costs for 2 to 13 weeks of short course study at Dutch education institutions, including tuition, travel, visa, insurance, and living expenses according to Nuffic rules. Applicants must apply for an eligible course through the Dutch institution offering it, and then proceed with the scholarship application via that institution.

Covered costs include tuition, travel, visa, insurance, study materials, subsistence allowance, and housing support where applicable.

Professionals from eligible MSP countries who are living and working in their country and are able to participate full-time in the selected short course.
