Vice Chancellor’s International Excellence Scholarship

The Vice Chancellor’s International Excellence Scholarship at the University of Waikato provides financial support for new international students pursuing undergraduate or master’s degrees in New Zealand. The scholarships are tuition fee credits with values up to NZD 15,000, available to eligible applicants across a range of study fields. The programme targets international applicants and aims to support face-to-face study at the University of Waikato.

Tuition credits toward the cost of undergraduate or master’s study; values range up to NZD 15,000 depending on tenure.

Applicants must be new international students enrolling full-time in an undergraduate or postgraduate program at the University of Waikato and hold a conditional or unconditional offer of place.

Submit an application for admission to the University of Waikato; scholarships are accessed through the Scholarships tab after enrollment.
