Canadian Francophonie Scholarship Program 2027

The Canadian Francophonie Scholarship Program (CFSP) provides fully funded master’s and doctoral studies in Canada, financed by the Government of Canada and managed through a consortium. It targets international candidates from Francophone partner countries, aiming to strengthen education and research capacities in the recipients’ home countries. The program covers study periods of typically two years for a master’s degree and up to four years for a PhD.

Tuition coverage, living stipend, travel support (as defined by CFSP), and a pathway to degree completion in Canada

Applicants must be from specified countries and eligible for master’s or doctoral studies; French language proficiency is required.

Applicants apply through their country-specific administration channels and are selected by quotas set for each country.
