Aspire Leaders Program 2025 Cohort 4

The Aspire Leaders Program is a free online leadership development journey designed for limited-income and first-generation university students and recent graduates from around the world. It comprises multiple modules, including personal and professional development resources, a leadership course delivered by Harvard University faculty, and immersive learning with live sessions from educators worldwide.

Access to leadership development modules, Harvard Business School–co-created resources, a leadership course, live interactions with a global cohort, and mentor guidance.

Applicants must be 18-29 years old, be a current undergraduate student or recent graduate who has not proceeded to a graduate program, and meet at least one of: come from a limited-income background or be first-generation to attend university.
