Global Scholarship (Sewanee)

The Global Scholarship at Sewanee — The University of the South is a cohort of competitive scholarships for international undergraduate students. Ten Global Scholarships are awarded and they cover the institution's direct costs for up to four years of undergraduate study. Recipients must complete financial-aid documentation and provide proof of funds for immigration paperwork (I-20). Some indirect or additional costs (estimated around $5,000 in the first year) are not covered by the scholarship.

Coverage of direct institutional costs for up to four years of undergraduate study; financial-aid package includes automatic academic scholarships and need-based grants as applicable.

Open to international applicants for undergraduate (first-year or transfer) admission who complete the required financial-aid documentation and provide proof of funds for an I-20.

Submit the CSS Profile (code 1842), complete Sewanee portal financial forms, and provide proof of funds for I-20 issuance as part of the admissions/financial-aid process.
