Adinkra Fellowship 2026 for Young Leaders

The Adinkra Fellowship invites exceptional leaders aged 40 and under from Africa and the African diaspora to participate in a two-year leadership program. Fellows undertake two two-week trips, engage in mentorship, group projects, and an alumni network, with expenses for the trips covered and a travel stipend provided. The program also supports the development of innovative solutions for black communities and includes opportunities for funding and resources to pilot initiatives after the trips.

Open to citizens of any of the 54 African nations and members of the global African diaspora, aged 40 or under, with a strong track record of leadership and community impact.
