Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme – 2026-2027 Academic Year

The Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme is a scholarship scheme supporting specialisation in the EU acquis as part of Türkiye’s administrative capacity building for EU accession. It offers scholarships for the 2026-2027 academic year and will grant approximately 150 scholarships. The programme targets professionals and students based in Türkiye who wish to specialise in fields related to the EU acquis. Applications opened on 2025-09-04 with a submission deadline of 2025-11-04.

People currently working in Türkiye in the public sector, private sector (including NGOs and resident diplomatic missions), or in universities as academic or administrative staff; and senior undergraduate or postgraduate (master or PhD) students in Türkiye may apply.

Applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope by registered mail or private courier service or by hand-delivery to the Central Finance and Contracts Unit (Merkezi Finans ve İhale Birimi) by 2025-11-04. Applicants should use the provided application form (Annex 1).
