The Junior Canadian Chemistry Olympiad (JCCO) is an annual chemistry competition for students in grades 7 to 11 that promotes interest in chemistry among younger high-school students. It is jointly organized by the Chemical Institute of Canada and SIMCC with support from the Department of Chemistry at the University of British Columbia. The contest is a 90-minute multiple-choice quiz of 25 questions covering 11th-grade high school chemistry curriculum and beyond. Top performers receive certificates and medals, and the best are invited to an annual JCCO Online Camp organized by UBC.

Physical certificate for each participant; medals for perfect scorer, Gold, Silver and Bronze winners; e-certificates for Honorable Mention and Certificate of Participation; invitation to the annual JCCO Online Camp for best performers.
Conditions d'éligibilité
Students in grades 7 to 11. SIMCC contestants outside of Canada and China may participate.
