The Zonal Informatics Olympiad (ZIO) is a nationwide informatics competition conducted annually by the Indian Association for Research in Computing Science (IARCS) to assess school students' abilities in algorithms and computer programming. It serves as the first round of selection for the Indian National Olympiad in Informatics (INOI). The exam is intended for students enrolled in classes 1–12 and is held offline with online registration through the organiser's website. The paper consists of four questions (12 sub-questions) to be solved in three hours.

Conditions d'éligibilité
Open to students enrolled in a school in any class from Class 1 to Class 12; all schools and boards across India are accepted. There is no lower age limit.
