ACEP Next Generation Resource Governance Leaders Program 2026 – Cohort 11

The ACEP Next Generation Resource Governance Leaders Program is an internship designed to build a pipeline of young pan-African leaders in energy and extractives policy. It combines training with hands-on policy analysis, writing, advocacy and program support, with a focus on resource governance in Africa and beyond. Participants receive mentorship, capacity development, and practical experience in policy research, stakeholder engagement and project management.

Stipend, accommodation, return ticket to Ghana, meals, training, mentorship and networking opportunities.

Young African residing in Africa, aged not exceeding 32 years, with relevant academic qualifications and demonstrated interest in energy and extractives policy.
