Summer School on Global Comparative Private Law

The Summer School on Global Comparative Private Law is an annual on-site programme hosted in Salzburg that offers intensive teaching in comparative private law. It features lectures, expert panels and workshops delivered by internationally recognised judges and academics in German, French and English. The programme places special emphasis on comparative law sessions, case-based workshops and round-table discussions on contemporary legal issues. An associated Academy for European Private Law meets during the summer school to debate current topics and publish research.
