Europe 2017 Travel Award Cycle

The Europe 2017 Travel Award provides funding for alumni of the European Amgen Scholars Programme to attend scientific meetings, conferences or workshops. The funding covers travel, registration and accommodation up to £500 for a European conference or £1000 for an international conference. The scheme expects to make up to 6-8 awards annually and requires recipients to write a short report within two months of the attended event.

All alumni of the European Amgen Scholars Programme currently enrolled in a PhD or MD-PhD programme are welcome to apply.

Applications should be made on the official form and submitted electronically to the Amgen Scholars European Coordinating Centre; includes a letter of support from an academic referee.
