Deutsch-französisch-griechische Teamer:innenschulung 2026/2027 – Teil 1

The Deutsch-französisch-griechische Teamer:innenschulung is a certified multi-phase training that qualifies participants to independently plan and run international and intercultural youth encounters within the frameworks of the DFJW and DGJW. The programme covers pedagogical principles, project planning, methods of intercultural learning, group dynamics, conflict management and quality assurance. Successful participants can obtain DFJW certification for intercultural youth leaders and may additionally qualify as language-animation trainers. The training is practice-oriented and includes simulations, workshops, role plays and reflection formats.

Accommodation in double/multi-bed rooms, full board, programme and translation costs covered, possibility to obtain DFJW certification and to be listed in the DFJW teamer database; travel cost reimbursement per DFJW rules.

Participants with pedagogical experience such as teachers or educators and other persons involved in youth work; entry in Phase 1 is desirable but a lateral entry is possible by arrangement and availability.
