M2 Mediation und konstruktive Konfliktbearbeitung - Vertiefungskurs

M2 Mediation und konstruktive Konfliktbearbeitung - Vertiefungskurs is a 40-hour advanced training course in mediation and constructive conflict resolution, recognised according to the standards of the Bundesverband Mediation (BM) and part of the Mediator REGC certification. The course offers inter­cultural exchange with participants and trainers approximately half from Germany and half from France, and includes simultaneous interpretation. It focuses on deepening phase 3 of mediation (emotions, feelings, needs), systemic techniques, role practice as co-mediator in binational teams, and multi-party mediation.

Accommodation in full board and programme costs included; simultaneous interpretation; a 40-hour introduction recognised by the Bundesverband Mediation BM and part of the Mediator REGC certification.

Open to mediators, educators, language animators/teamers, interpreters, social workers and other interested persons with prior knowledge in mediation, conflict resolution or conflict management; participation in the introductory course is given priority. Participants must be of legal age.
