EuroHPC call Quantum Machine Learning (HORIZON-JU-EUROHPC-2026-QML-07-01)

The EuroHPC call Quantum Machine Learning (HORIZON-JU-EUROHPC-2026-QML-07-01) is a funding opportunity for projects in quantum machine learning. EuroHPC can finance participation in awarded projects covering 50% of project costs, and awarded projects may apply for additional national co-financing from the Research Council of Norway. Both research organisations and companies can participate and receive support, with company support subject to state aid rules.

Coverage of 50% of project costs from EuroHPC; potential national co-financing from the Research Council of Norway of 1–5 million NOK (up to 6 million NOK for Norwegian coordinators); funding subject to state aid conditions for companies.

Both research organisations and companies may participate and receive support. Support to companies is lower and constitutes state aid under the State Aid Block Exemption Regulation, Article 25.

Submit an application to the EuroHPC / Horizon Europa topic (HORIZON-JU-EUROHPC-2026-QML-07-01). Inform the Research Council of Norway before submitting an application to EuroHPC.
