OEI funding for digital transformation projects

The OEI invites proposals for funding international cooperation projects that promote the digital transformation of Ibero-America. Projects should address one of six thematic areas and have a duration of 8 to 18 months. A total of 18 projects will be funded across three funding categories, with applicants required to co-finance at least 20% of the requested resources.

Financial support for project activities up to the specified funding category; potential capacity-building and collaboration benefits within the Ibero-American region.

Applications may be submitted by ministries and territorial public authorities, sub-regional bodies, public and private non-profit universities, public science/technology/culture councils, and non-profit foundations from the 23 OEI member states, including Portugal; observers may also apply in certain cases.
