The Georgian Language for Future Success programme recruits assistant teachers to support Georgian language and social sciences instruction for national minority communities in Kvemo Kartli, Samtskhe-Javakheti and Kakheti. Participants live with local host families and work for at least one academic year in non-Georgian-language public schools. Successful participants who complete the project are eligible to have master's study costs covered by the National Center for Teachers' Professional Development via a full state master's grant in specified education-related fields.

Conditions d'éligibilité
Applicants must be Georgian citizens, fluent in Georgian, and hold higher education in a relevant field (Georgian language and literature, primary education, history, geography, civic education) or have at least two years' teaching experience in the relevant subject within the last 10 years (candidates with a degree in any field and 2 years' teaching experience may apply).
