Spectrum Scholars Program 2025

Spectrum Scholars Program 2025 offers a combination of a scholarship, internship and professional development opportunities for eligible college students. Scholars receive a $20,000 scholarship and a guaranteed paid summer internship, along with mentorship and career-readiness training. The program supports students who demonstrate financial need and are close to entering their junior year of college.

A $20,000 scholarship, a guaranteed paid summer internship (10 weeks), mentorship from a Spectrum employee, and structured professional development and career-readiness training.

Applicants must be a rising college junior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, demonstrate financial need, be able to participate in all program activities, and reside within 50 miles of a Charter corporate office in Stamford, CT; Charlotte, NC; St. Louis, MO; Denver, CO; or Austin, TX. They must have authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future and have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
