Faculty Development Program on Prompting with Purpose: Designing Effective Instructions for LLM in Teaching, Research & Assessment

The Faculty Development Program on Prompting with Purpose is a short, in-person training for faculty on the effective use of large language models (LLM) in academic settings. The program covers design of discipline-specific prompt templates, prompt evaluation techniques (including hallucination detection and bias identification), ethical and responsible use of LLM outputs, and development of student-facing AI guidelines. It is organized by Indus University in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Indus University, Ahmedabad and WIIA and takes place in Ahmedabad, India.
