African-German Young Leaders in Business (AGYLE) Programme 2025

The African-German Young Leaders in Business (AGYLE) Programme 2025 is a leadership and networking programme designed for young professionals from Africa and Germany to develop sustainable urban development solutions. It includes an in-person Live Week in Germany and intercultural collaboration on real challenges related to Green Cities Rising, plus leadership development and long-term networking opportunities.

Participation in AGYLE Live Week (15–19/09/2025) in Germany, engagement in intercultural collaboration on real urban development challenges, leadership development formats, and access to a long-term professional network in Africa and Germany.

Applicants should be no older than 40 years, have at least 3 years of executive experience or have started their own business, and have been active in or connected with Ethiopia, Ghana, Rwanda, Senegal, Tunisia, or Germany for at least 5 years.
