London AI Safety Research Labs Winter 2027

The London AI Safety Research (LASR) Labs Winter 2027 is a fully funded, 13-week research programme in London for technically capable individuals to work on AI safety projects. Participants work in small teams under experienced supervisors to develop a research project from proposal through experiments to publication, with the aim of advancing AI safety research.

Stipend, travel support, meals, dedicated workspace, supervision from AI safety researchers, hands-on experience from proposal to publication, opportunities to produce work for major ML conferences, career events and visits to AI research organisations.

Open internationally with no specific degree or minimum professional-experience requirement; suitable for undergraduates to engineers and other experienced professionals who demonstrate strong technical and quantitative ability.
