UChicago Applied Data Fellowship 2026

The UChicago Applied Data Fellowship offers a one-year placement embedded in government, nonprofit, or social enterprise host institutions in the United States to translate data-driven insights into actionable policy recommendations and program changes. Fellows receive hands-on data work experience, mentorship, and career support, with a living stipend and health insurance support. The program is open to a range of academic and professional backgrounds with emphasis on data analysis, policy understanding, and project management.
