CDRI ASEAN Scholar Fellowship 2026

The CDRI ASEAN Scholar Fellowship 2026 is a fully funded fellowship for mid- to senior-level researchers across ASEAN. It supports advanced quantitative research, mentoring, and regional collaboration, with an emphasis on policy-relevant studies and knowledge exchange within the ASEAN region. Fellows contribute to collaborative research and have access to CDRI facilities, networks, and opportunities to strengthen regional expertise in development policy.

Fellowship stipend, office space, full access to research facilities, library, computing resources, and data infrastructure; opportunity to collaborate with regional partners and mentors.

Applicants should be mid- to senior-level researchers from ASEAN member states (excluding Cambodia) with a PhD or substantial postdoctoral/research experience in economics, public policy, development studies, data science, statistics, or related fields, affiliated with a university, think tank, or research institute, and with a strong record of policy-relevant publications.

Submit four documents by email: a research and collaboration statement, a curriculum vitae, a letter of motivation, and one letter of recommendation; email attachments as a single submission to the provided addresses before the deadline.
