2026 AWARD Leadership Program for Young African Women in Agricultural Sciences: 9-Month Leadership Training

The 2026 AWARD Leadership Program is a nine-month, non-residential fellowship for African women under 35 working in agricultural sciences. It aims to strengthen leadership, communication, visibility, networking, and mentoring, with a focus on gender integration in agricultural research and related sectors. The program covers leadership development, research communication, and professional networking opportunities, with mentoring and organizational leadership training.

Leadership skill development, improved research communication, increased visibility and professional networks, mentoring, and training on gender integration in agricultural sciences and organizational leadership.

Female applicants under 35 years old, engaged in agricultural sciences, from Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, Senegal, Tanzania, or Zambia.
